The service is at St Peter's Church, Chalfont St Peter on Wednesday 26th September 2018 at 12:30 pm followed by a short service of committal at the Milton Chapel, Chiltern Crematorium, Whielden Lane, Amersham HP7 0ND.

The family would like to invite everyone to The Greyhound Inn for refreshments.  You can go directly to The Greyhound, or join them at the Crematorium first.

Family flowers only please, however donations can be made in Janice's memory to The Children's Society either after the church service at the back of the church, c/o Arnold Funeral Service Ltd. 38, Oak End Way, Gerrards Cross, Bucks.  SL9 8BR or online via this site.
